Visit a Wooden Rabbit, a Stone Pig and a Metal Llama: Fortnite Season 8 Week 6 Challenge

The week 6 challenges of Fortnite season 8 have proven to be much more exciting than the past few weeks. This week has us trying out new weapons, running all over the map, and searching for treasure. One of the most mysterious challenges has you finding a wooden rabbit, a stone pig, and a metal llama.

This is actually the first challenge on the list this week, and it’s one of the free ones, so anyone can do it. These structures were recently added to the map, and can be pretty tricky to find. So follow this guide to make it as easy as possible.

Completing the Challenge

The challenge is simple enough, and nets you 5 battle stars. But it’ll probably take you at least 2 different matches, since the animals are located on the coast. That means that they’ll quickly be consumed by the storm.

The wooden rabbit and the metal llama are close enough to each other, so you can hit them both in the same match, but the stone pig will take a separate trip. They’re pretty easy to spot if you know where they are, but they can be tough to find if you don’t know where to look.

Wooden Rabbit

The wooden rabbit is located directly north of snobby shores. If you land here, head to the coast, and then go north, hugging the water. The rabbit is the hardest to spot because it’s pretty short and located on a hill, but you’ll be able to spot it from a distance if you’re in the right area.

Stone Pig

The stone pig is in the far southern point of the map, near lucky landing. This is the grassy patch between the snow biome and the desert, located east of town. Land here and you should be able to see the pig pretty quickly. Like we mentioned before, the pig is the farthest away from the other two, so you’ll have to get the pig in a separate match.

Metal Llama

The metal llama is probably the easiest one to spot. It’s big and tall, so you can see it from quite a distance. It’s located directly north of Junk Junction, so land there and you’ll get the llama after just a few seconds of walking.

The Best Strategy

Like we mentioned before, you should be able to visit the rabbit and the llama in the same match. To maximize your time before the storm closes in, land at snobby shores and head directly north. Get the rabbit and then make you way to the llama, and hop on a vehicle if you can to make it as quick as possible. The pig you can just get in a separate match.

As with any Fortnite challenge, the easiest way to this is in Team Rumble, making sure you can respawn and try again if you get eliminated. Just be careful, since you’ll run into opponents if the animal is in enemy territory.

Epic Games makes sure that the weekly Fortnite challenges are as enjoyable and engaging as possible. This challenge encourages you the explore the map, helping newcomers become familiar with the game, and rewarding veterans for understanding the map. These challenges are just another way to participate in the game’s online community, so make sure to swing by those animal statues.
